Resolved Question: Nail salon that also massages your hands?

I type all day and i'm an artist, etc... so my hands could really use pampering, not just my nails. there's places that will briefly massage lotion onto your hands as part of a manicure (same for the feet during a pedicure); but i'm hoping to find somewhere that will actually work tension out of my hands (& maybe feet too) like back & neck massages do... it needs to be near Bellevue/Redmond/Kirkland WA and low cost... any suggestions? :)...
