Every year the Bellevue Botanical Gardens puts on its annual Christmas Light Show. Placing lights on existing plants as well as creating them from lights it is a spectacular event. It takes hundreds of volunteers thousands of hours to construct this display. Over 500000 are used! And.. this event is free to the public. This year was especially beautiful with the large amount of snow dumped on the area before Christmas. Unfortunately the snow was a curse as well because no one could get there safely so it was shut down until the night after Christmas. Of course no all the snow is gone, but it is still a must see for the holiday season.
